By using the AGENDA application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, do not use our application.

AGENDA allows users to schedule appointments with various businesses (beauty salons, fitness centers, medical institutions, etc.). Our application serves as an intermediary between users and service providers, facilitating appointment scheduling and management.

Using certain features of the application requires creating a user account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for all activities conducted through their account. AGENDA will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

As a user of the application, you agree to:

• Use the application in accordance with applicable laws and regulations,
• Not misuse the application, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access information or systems that you are not authorized to access,
• Not enter inaccurate, false, or misleading information when scheduling appointments.
• AGENDA reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the application for users who violate these Terms of Use.

AGENDA serves as an intermediary between you and service providers. When you schedule an appointment through the application:

• You agree that AGENDA will forward your information to the selected service provider,
• You confirm that you agree with the service provider's terms of service,
• You accept that the responsibility for service quality lies with the service provider, not the AGENDA application.
• AGENDA is not responsible for cancellations or changes to appointments made by service providers.

Using the basic features of the AGENDA application is free. However, service providers may charge for their services. AGENDA does not manage these payments nor is it responsible for refunds or any payment-related disputes.

Users can cancel or change appointments according to the rules of each individual service provider. AGENDA is not responsible for canceled or missed appointments. We advise users to familiarize themselves with the service provider's cancellation policies before scheduling an appointment.

AGENDA is committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data we collect is used exclusively to provide services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except when legally required.

AGENDA is not responsible for:

• Damage, loss, or injury caused by using the application or services provided by partners,
• Appointment-related issues, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, or service quality issues from service providers,
• Technical problems, errors, or interruptions in the operation of the application that are beyond our control.
• AGENDA will make every effort to ensure the application functions correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

AGENDA reserves the right to occasionally modify these Terms of Use. All users will be notified of significant changes. We recommend that you periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the application after the terms have been changed means you accept those changes.

AGENDA reserves the right to terminate your access to the application if you violate these Terms of Use or if it is necessary for technical, security, or legal reasons.
